HOW TO ORDER:

To order, add the desired products to the cart, indicating the requested information (size, colors, etc). To finalize your order, click on "Checkout"/"Buy now", enter the data for sending the order and the desired payment method.
 

PAYMENT:

You can pay in the following ways: PayPal or Bank Transfer (NIB sent by email after ordering). In all cases, postage is calculated automatically when you select the payment method.

TRIGUH will never ask you for any bank information.
 

EXPEDITION:

​

Your order will be shipped within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the type of item ordered (apart from exceptional situations duly notified, and according to the item ordered) after payment (by Paypal or Transfer).

The item is shipped by registered mail or courier, and is usually delivered 1 or 2 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery method selected. Responsibility for delays or problems with delivery rests with the selected transport company.

If you want your tax number on the invoice, please indicate it in the remarks of your order.

Shipping costs: the shipping cost for national orders will be calculated at the time of purchase, according to the final weight of the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, according to the weight and final volume of the order. We ship worldwide. 

TRIGUH   is not responsible for delays, losses, exchanges, or damaged packaging during shipment. The indicated shipping costs do not include any fees related to customs, taxes, insurance or guarantees. The customs clearance procedure, if necessary, must be carried out by the recipient.
 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

 

Each pillow is handmade, with our hand: from its mold to the mixture of wheat grain and aromatic plants, from the seams of the bag with this magic portion to its protective cover.
That's why no TRIGUH is the same as the other and you may even find a misaligned line or notice a difference in measurements (if you buy two of the same size).

But two things are guaranteed: each one is made with MUCH LOVE and in case of dissatisfaction or defect (which makes it impossible to use), we guarantee that a NEW TRIGUH is made.

If any product has a manufacturing defect, it is possible to exchange it in accordance with the following conditions:

- Within 14 days of receipt;

- As long as it does not show signs of use, washing, defects resulting from use, perfumes, stains, etc.;

- In the original packaging, accompanied by the label;

- Returned by registered mail.

- To make the exchange, please contact us. You will be provided with the address to send the article.

- In case of return of the order due to address error (by the customer) or for not having been claimed in time, the costs of reshipment will be charged.
 

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days, without having to state any reason, except in the case of articles made according to the consumer's specific instructions, clearly personalized (with name, fabric combinations unusual, non-standard sizes). Items subject to resolution must be in the state in which they were received, with no signs of use or manipulation except that necessary to identify the desire for resolution.

 

The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquire or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must notify us of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, letter sent by post or email).

 

You also have the option of completing and submitting the free termination form or any other unequivocal declaration of termination electronically via our website www.triguh.com/resolution-form. If you make use of this possibility, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (for example, by email), an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal request.

In order for the free withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free withdrawal is sent before the end of the withdrawal period.

 

EFFECTS OF FREE RESOLUTION:

In the event of termination of this contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive normal shipping method offered by us ), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We make these refunds using the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to the address indicated at the end of this text, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.
